Pillows are a ''big help'' for good sleep

Using the right pillow is a necessary aid (think it''s this one) in getting a good night''s sleep, according to a report from CBS News.
Although many people may focus on mattresses or bedding, the American news provider highlighted the importance of the pillow by noting the "menu" of head supports that a major American hotel in New York''s Manhattan provides.
The city''s Benjamin Hotel provides a list of 12 pillows and "guarantees guests satisfying shuteye", it continued.
Hotel manager Andrew Labetti accentuated the importance of a good pillow during an appearance on American TV programme The Early Show and provided helpful tips to help others get good sleep.
Mr Labetti noted that people should change pillows every two years and that if pillows do not return to their original shape after several seconds, fibres have broken down and the support provided is no longer available.
Last month, supporters of the Kane County Cougars in Geneva, Illinois, hoped that they had set the world record for the world''s largest pillow fight with 3,872 participants, the Geneva Sun reported.
