A fitness expert has stated that he did not know how poorly she was sleeping until she invested in a memory foammattress.
Writing for the That''s Fit blog, a commentator known as Fitz K explained that recent weeks have seen him enjoy "sleeping in ecstasy" on a new memory foammattress.
The fitness trainer and mother of two explained that sleep is a "powerful tool" for anyone enjoying a busy life.
"Sleepless people tend to eat poorly and gain weight as a result as well. The bottom line? Quality sleep is a crucial component for vitality, fitness and success," she added.
The National Sleep Foundation, a US body, has stated that a decent mattress is the "most important resource" for those looking to improve their quality of sleep.
However, it admitted that the wide array of mattresses on offer can confuse shoppers who sometimes struggle to know which is best for them.
